Booking an appointment is easier than ever! Many office visits including Neurotoxins (Botox®), Fillers, Liquid Facelift/Facial Balancing Package and Semaglutide Appointments/Services can now be booked online! When scheduling your online appointment, please ensure you are picking the appointment type that matches the treatments and/or procedures you desire. Please be advised that if you have picked a Neurotoxin Only Appointment or an Express Tox Appointment, we cannot accommodate additional treatments such as Fillers or Semaglutide Consults. If you recently had an appointment and are concerned you need a post appointment touch-up, please contact our office at (315) 663-0112.
If you are a new patient to the practice, you will be texted a link to your patient portal. Please be sure to fill out the forms on your online patient portal prior to arriving at your appointment. If it has been 3 years or more since your last visit, you will also need to complete the new patient paperwork on the portal.
You will be charged a $50 deposit when booking your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your appointment services. For patients who fail to show to their scheduled appointment time or fail to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be used for a “No-Show/Cancellation” fee. We appreciate your understanding.
