Beth Phillips – Physician Assistant Certified

Beth has been a Physician Assistant for over 30 years and has been working in Plastic surgery and Aesthetic medicine for more than 20 years. She has a bachelors degree in Biology from SUNY Cortland and completed her Physician Assistant program and degree from Albany Medical College where she graduated with high honors. Prior to joining Dr Deboni, Beth had a distinguished career in General, Thoracic and Vascular surgery where she held leadership and preceptor positions. She was adjunct faculty at LeMoyne College’s PA program as surgical rotation coordinator. She also participated in surgical subspecialities including plastic surgery, urology and neurosurgery. Beth was recruited by Dr Deboni in 2005 to join his growing practice. Together, they have performed thousands of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. Beth began injecting Botox, dermal fillers and biostimulators more than 20 years ago. She has attended multiple invitation-only Allergan Master Injector and Expert injector courses. She is a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute. She has been a writer for Women of Upstate NY magazine for several years where she wrote articles highlighting current topics in plastic surgery. Beth brings a wealth of experience and insight to our practice. She has received advanced training in anatomy and injection techniques from many of the industry greats. She is responsible for introducing PRP and multiple energy based modalities into our practice. A combination of finesse and cutting edge techniques along with a genuine connection with her patients has made her one of the busiest and most experienced injectors in Central New York.

Rosa Cannata – Physician Assistant Certified

Rosa Cannata PA-C, AT is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant who has been working in health care for over 20 years. She has experience in the specialties of Aesthetic Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine and Otorhinolaryngology. Rosa received a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from Ithaca College. Prior to beginning her training as a Physician Assistant, she worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer providing care to local high school and collegiate athletes. She also worked as a Phlebotomist at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Rosa then completed her Physician Assistant education at LeMoyne College. She has worked both in clinical and surgical settings including Orthopedic Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery, where she was able to develop and refine her surgical skills. With an interest and passion for Aesthetic Medicine, Rosa joined our practice where she works along with Dr.Deboni to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Additionally, Rosa has been trained to perform non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures such as injection of dermal fillers and neuromodulators, such as Botox. She also performs PRP injections for hair loss and facial rejuvenation. Rosa has received advanced training through Injectability Institute in Los Angeles with Leslie Fletcher, NP-BC, and Academy for Injection Anatomy with Chris Surek, DO, FACS. She has also attended the Beauty Metrics Master Class with Lara Devgan, MD. Rosa is a licensed ArqueDerma^®️ and Microtox^®️ practitioner. With an eye for detail and interest in beauty and fashion, Rosa strives to provide her patients with natural, long lasting results utilizing the latest treatment and technology.

Elizabeth Daggett – Physician Assistant Certified

Elizabeth Daggett PA-C is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant who has been working in health care for the past 4 years. She has had experience in the specialties of Aesthetic Medicine and Emergency Medicine. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Coastal Carolina University and received her Masters in Physician Assistant at Long Island University. Shortly after graduating she went on to work at St. Joseph’s in their Emergency Department for 3 years. With an interest in Aesthetic Medicine, Elizabeth joined our practice where she works alongside Dr. Baum in both the office and in the operating room. She has been trained in non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures such as dermal filler and neuromodulators through numerous courses. She also performs PRP for hair loss. Elizabeth is able to provide her patients with natural results with her close attention to detail.

Laura Anne Alfieris – Office Manager

Laura is an experienced registered nurse with a demonstrated history in critical care, medical equipment sales, education and has 10 plus years of professional business experience. Laura joined Drs. Gregory Baum & Anthony Deboni, and staff to combine her love for nursing with her expertise in corporate management. Laura is passionate about high-quality patient care and customer service. She works to ensure all patients receive a sophisticated, elegant and world-class experience at CNY Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. Rachel Vollmer, LE, CLT

Rachel is a New York State Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist. She also holds a New York State teaching license for Aesthetics and Cosmetology. Rachel has twenty years of industry experience in medical aesthetics, Day Spa’s, five star resorts and teaching. Rachel is passionate about educating her patients on proper skin care and treatments by creating customized skin care plans that accommodate her patient’s lifestyle as well as their specific skin care needs. By staying current on all innovative medical aesthetic equipment and procedures, she is able to create high performance result driven treatments. Rachel feels aging is not a choice but everyone can choose to age beautifully and she enjoys working with her patients to make that happen. Jennifer Derbyshire – Aesthetician

In her over 20 years of industry experience, Jennifer has spent time working in spas and skin care studios in Albany, NY, Washington, DC, and Central New York. She has been a practicing New York State Licensed Esthetician for 17 years and is committed to helping patients find a skincare strategy to achieve results that allow them to look and feel their absolute best. Jenn began working in medical esthetics in 2019 and is excited to now have access to cutting edge technology and methods to most effectively and efficiently meet patients’ needs in the ever-changing and growing world of Esthetics.
